The breath is not controlled. It is observed.
- Allow the breath to flow naturally through the nose.
- Feel the air enter and leave the body. Notice the rise and fall.
- When the mind wanders, gently return to the breath — without judgment.
Some practitioners count breaths (1 to 10) to support focus. Others simply stay with the sensation. Either is fine. What matters is the return.
